It was immediately obvious that Victoria had plenty of experience with dogs & understood that they sometimes need a more gentle approach to get the best out of. She spent lots of 1-1 time with Sophie to build up trust & is now one of the very few people I feel comfortable leaving Sophie alone with.

We only have good things to say about Victoria. She looked after her for almost 2 weeks. Gochi enjoyed her stay a lot and Victoria kept us updated every day with pictures and videos (which by the way should consider a career in pet photography). She lives right by the park so Gochi enjoyed lots of time in the green. We also appreciate she has an understanding of dog behavioural issues and was able to manage some of Gochi's quirks and gave her loads of cuddles. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Victoria again in the future.
